Who we are
Born and built in the Bay Area.
Sullivan's Hauling is locally owned and operated. We started with one truck in the East Bay, and the belief that clearing out a space shouldn't be the hardest part of your week.
That's not a slogan, it's just who answers the phone. The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to do it, and the money you spend stays in the Bay Area with the people doing the lifting.
We work the whole Bay — San Francisco, the East Bay, Marin, the Peninsula and the South Bay — and none of it is a special trip. Wherever the job is, the work is the same: show up when we said we would, carry it out ourselves, sweep up behind us, and take what we've loaded somewhere it belongs.
Keeping this place clean matters to us because we live here. What can be donated gets donated. What can be recycled gets pulled out and recycled. The rest goes to the transfer station — and none of that is an upcharge, it's just how the job gets done.

What we provide

Junk removal, light demolition and debris hauling for homes, offices and construction sites — using disposal methods that keep as much as possible out of the landfill.
Our vision
A cleaner Bay Area, with less of what we collect ending up buried. We work all three sides of it already — the East Bay, San Francisco, the South Bay — and we want to be the name people pass along when a neighbor asks who to call.
How we work

A straight answer, fast
Send a photo and you'll get a real number back, usually within minutes. You'll know what the job costs before anyone lifts anything.
We do the carrying
From the back of the garage, down two flights, out of a crawlspace — wherever it sits, we bring it out. Stairs and long carries are part of the job, not an extra.
Sorted, not just dumped
Furniture with life left in it goes to donation. Metal, appliances and e-waste get pulled out for recycling. Keeping the Bay Area clean is the point of the work.
On your schedule
Early starts for contractors, weekend slots for move-outs, same-day when we can. Tell us the window that works and we'll fit it if it's open.
