Estate Cleanouts
Clearing a house after a death or a move into care is the heaviest work we do, and not because of the furniture. There is usually a deadline from a realtor or an executor, family who can't be there, and rooms nobody has opened in years. We work room by room, set aside anything that looks like it matters so a person can decide rather than a crew, and take the rest in as many loads as it takes.

Worth knowing first
We price by volume, so a house that turns out fuller than it looked costs what it fills, not a surprise hourly bill.
If you can't be there, we'll send photos as we go and stop on anything that looks like it should be kept.
Most estates run more than one load. We'll tell you up front if it's a two- or three-load job rather than discovering it at 4pm.
We can't take chemicals, gasoline, asbestos or wet paint. Those need a household hazardous waste drop-off.

How pricing works
Volume-based pricing
We look at how much of the truck your stuff fills, and quote that. You hear the number before we start, and it’s the number you pay.
The number you hear is the number you pay. Stairs, long carries, breaking things down and sweeping up are already in it.
