Light Demolition
Sometimes the thing has to come apart before it can leave. We do the light demolition most haulers won't touch: the deck that's gone soft, the shed the last owner built out of scrap, kitchen cabinets and flooring on a remodel. Down, loaded and gone in one visit, so you're not living with a pile in the side yard for a week.
What's included
- Deck, patio cover and pergola tear-outs
- Sheds and backyard structures
- Fence removal and post pulling
- Interior demo: cabinets, flooring, closets, non-structural walls
- Hot tub removal and breakdown
- Concrete walkway and small slab breakout
Worth knowing first
Structural work, anything permitted, and anything with asbestos in it needs a licensed abatement or GC crew — we'll tell you straight and point you somewhere useful.
Demolition and haul-away are quoted together. You're not paying twice for the same trip.
Where we do this work
Light Demolition is available across the Bay Area — from Novato and San Rafael in the north down through the East Bay, San Francisco, the Peninsula and into the South Bay.

I recently used Sullivan’s Hauling to help remove clutter during my move out, and I had a great experience. They showed up right on time, which I really appreciated during a busy moving day. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, getting everything cleared out without any hassle. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend Sullivan’s Hauling if you need reliable and efficient junk removal.

Got a pile? Send us a picture of it.
That's genuinely the whole process. A photo, a price, a truck.
